Bread Project

Our Bread Project in Gaza

At Hanoon Foundation, we’re excited to share a heartwarming update about our Bread Project in Gaza. Every day, thanks to your support and generosity, we’re able to provide close to 12,000 loaves of fresh pita bread to families in need across Gaza.

In a region where access to basic necessities is often limited, our Bread Project is making a tangible difference in the lives of thousands. Each loaf represents more than just sustenance; it’s a symbol of hope, unity, and solidarity.

As we embark on this noble endeavor, we’re reminded of the powerful verse from the Quran: “And We sent down from the sky water in measure and settled it in the earth. And indeed, We are Able to take it away.” (Surah Al-Qamar 54:11-12). This verse emphasizes the divine provision of sustenance, including bread, and underscores the importance of feeding those in need.

Together, we’re not just feeding bodies, but also nourishing spirits and fostering resilience within communities. With every bite, we’re reminded of the power of compassion and the impact we can make when we come together for a common cause.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported and contributed to this vital project. Your kindness is truly changing lives and bringing light to dark places.

Stay tuned for more updates on our projects and initiatives as we continue our mission to empower and uplift communities in Gaza and beyond.
